We’re excited to invite you to a webinar with the author of Creating a Neuroinclusive Classroom.

In this 1-hour talk, Kate will answer your questions about creating a neuroinclusive school, invite you to ‘step into their shoes’ to understand sensory processing and provide you with some strategies from the book that you can start using in your setting tomorrow.

Kate will also take you through the current vocabulary around neurodiversity, what to use and what it means. She will cover why we need to be neuroinclusive and why this is even more important in our schools today.

Author Bio:

Kate Crawford-Blake is Head of Evolve International Skills & Research Academy and a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist. She is an experienced speech and language therapist working in schools and other settings. She is also currently doing a PhD on anxiety, autism and the intolerance of uncertainty.

Kate has been a speech and language therapist for almost 30 years, specialising in speech difficulties, autism and ADHD. Her experience has been mostly with children and young people working in mainstream and specialist schools. Kate also has experience working with adults and children in the justice system through work within prisons including assessments of autism and ADHD and as a Registered Intermediary with the Ministry of Justice.
